Registration and Payments

Cancellation by Participant

  1. Cancellation Notice: If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered, please notify us at least 30 days in advance.

Cancellation by Bespoke Market

  1. Event Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any event due to insufficient registrations or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If we cancel an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
  2. Bad Weather Policy: In case of severe weather conditions (like storms, hurricanes, etc.), the safety of our participants and staff is our priority. Events may be postponed or canceled if weather conditions are deemed hazardous. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, registration fees will remain non-refundable. Participants are encouraged to have personal insurance to cover losses in such situations.

Vendor Responsibility

  1. Equipment and Setup: Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tents, tables, and merchandise. Each vendor must ensure their setup is secure and meets any specified safety requirements.
  2. Liability: Vendors are responsible for their own products and actions. Bespoke Market does not accept liability for damages or losses incurred during an event. Vendors should carry their own insurance to cover any potential damages or losses.
  3. Conduct: All vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner that aligns with the spirit of Bespoke Market. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

General Provisions

  1. Changes to Terms: These terms may be amended from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to registered vendors in advance of the event.
